I was at Santana from 24 June to 4 July and I have to say that it was the best holiday in my life! Everything except air-condition was perfect, accommodation, food, staff, mainly your receptionist was very kind and helpful. I love your hotel, i love Turkiye. Thanks for your service. What about meal? Dining room was tidy, food was excelent, everybody came to their - soup, vegetables, fruit, meat, chips, desserts. Once a holiday u can go to a la carte and it was very delicious too. Rooms were new reconstructed, tidy, cosy, without problems. Only problem was air-condition, but later we solved this problem with receptionist. I can recommend this hotel!
