Not good personal and not definitely professionals. Very rude and low quality service - Next to the hotel it is going about 2 years construction of other hotel which cause noise at 6am in the morning , and dust. - Doctor is very generic and only general blood test is allowable to give here. They are checking only hemoglobin and cholesterol. And that is all they do. - Spa Reception trying to charge the money on everything, if you want to postpone any treatment ( especially on Saturday and Sunday). They do their schedule as they want not as the client want and needed. - The SPA giving only once a bag for dry CO2 and you have to use it in 2 weeks’ time and wash it in your room . however it supposed to be for using once as in other hotels. Also their booklet says it is once however it is not true.
