very good Hoteli felt that i'm in my home very clean but there are a lot of English people. but the most bad thing that no body speak russain in the hotel. About the Excursions we didn't bought from the tour operatwe found Temo tuors just biside the hotel and they have very cheap prices for all Excrsions and high service. if you will go their ask about Sasha (щоколадный заяц )as the people call him but in General the hotel not bad
